Delightfully rich truffles with tahini and pistachio nuts | sugar-free.
Healthy energy bites, an easy to make recipe , ready in 10 minutes!
120 g tahini with FiveTwenty pistachio nuts paste.
90 g FiveTwenty thyme honey/vegan you can add Agave or maple syrup
3-4 tablespoons cocoa
a few unripe plums * cut into small pieces
100 g muesli with dried fruit, crushed
zest of 1 orange.
*Instead of plums you can use any dried fruits you prefer: raisins, figs, plums, cranberries, apricots, etc.
Truffle coatings … use your imagination!
cocoa powder, Finely chopped pistachio nuts, desiccated coconut, candy sprinkles and whatever else you like!
For the muesli, use a blender or a food processor and lightly pulse, just enough to break the dried fruit, without becoming powder. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well and it’s ready!
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, To make the truffles use a tablespoon to scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture. Roll into rough balls and coat in your favourite toppings.
